Tim is the head of Performance Development Solutions (PDS) whose mission is to transform nonprofit organizations through ideas, funding solutions, training, and strategic coaching. PDS is a Regional Partner of The Suddes Group, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, which has collectively raised over $2 billion through working with hundreds of organizations over the past 30 years. PDS incorporates the highly effective ForIMPACT approach into field consulting solutions, strategic coaching, and training initiatives.
